The Constellations Path
The Constellations Path was found in 2006 in Israel by Yishai Gaster. In the Constellations Path we train therapists and facilitators to facilitate and pass on the systemic-phenomenological wisdom and the healing qualities of Family and Organizational Constellations.
Learning this work is a path that trainees are invited to walk on a journey of discovery. A discovery of self, of one’s trns-generational family system and how to work with the systems of humans and their surrounding.
It is a path that teaches a therapeutic technique, that has systemic, philosophical and spiritual atributes.
The organizational structure of the training is based on the middle Eastern “Inn” model: just as in the past murchants and travelers walked from one place to another, and stopped each time in a different Inn for rest and nourishment, so do the students move from Inn to Inn to receive the training under the guidance of TCP certified trainers.
The trainers in the certification path are called Inn managers.
Each has sole responsability for all internal matters of their traininings. They are independent managers of their Inn and run them in their own unique way and within an accepted structure by all.
All issues that arise within a specific Inn are settled between the Inn manager (trainer) and the participant.
In such cases when there is a disagreement between trainer and participant, the Concil of The Constellations Path may be informed of some of the details, but it has no jurisdiction to be involved in the inner matters of the Inn.
The council of The Constellations Path who’s members are a group of selected peers, has the chalenge to hold the tension between structure and freedom, between the collective and the individual and between heart and brain. They hold the vision, incharge of development and supporting the trainers.
We offer training, courses, advanced training and supervision in Systemic Family Constellations.
To receive the ‘International Systemic Constellations ‘Training Completion Certificate’ a student must attend fully five modules that are classified as part of The Constellations Path program, with at least two of our certified trainers. Each module is 35 hours, the full training is 170 hours.
To reveive the certificate in ‘International Systemic Constellations ‘Certified Facilitator’
Those who have the “Completion Certificate’ will need to complete our post grad program, which includes 2 modules in which supervision is a central part, each module 10 meetings total of 35-40 hours each module.
